Under Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004: Law for the confidence in the digital economy, it is specified to the users of the site the identity of the various speakers within the framework of its realization and its follow-up.
1. Preamble

You have just connected to the website (hereafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site is the property of SYSTEMIS. SYSTEMIS means SYSTEMIS and its subsidiaries.

SYSTEMIS has put this website online to present the products it publishes and/or distributes and the services it offers, as well as information related to its activity. SYSTEMIS has set up a website dedicated to recruitment, where you can find out more about our offers, our organization and our classic recruitment process. In addition, employees talk about their experience at SYSTEMIS and part of the recruitment team gives you advice on how to succeed in your application.

We share our Human Resources policy and our actions to strengthen our employer brand. Access to and use of the Site are subject to these terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) detailed below. They imply your full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of the General Conditions.

We recommend that you regularly check for changes to these Terms and Conditions at the time you log on to the Site, as SYSTEMIS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, as well as any items, products or services, job offers, internships, which may be presented on the Site.

2. Publications and hosting

“The Company” or “SYSTEMIS” or “We”: the SYSTEMIS group with a capital of €40,000, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 510 540 073 and whose headquarters are located at 12 rue Vivienne in Paris 12th (75002), operating the site Hosting : ALIXEN SYSTEMIS.

3. Access and security of the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge, subject to access and telecommunications network usage fees payable by you, as determined by your Internet service provider or telecommunications operator. 4. Personal data

SYSTEMIS strives to protect the privacy of users of the Site by complying with the laws and regulations in force. SYSTEMIS may collect personal data about you via the Website. This is information relating to your connection history on the Site, relating to your IP address, and occasionally relating to your identity, when you communicate them to us on the contact forms, information requests, applications or to download certain documents.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

SYSTEMIS is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights of the Site. All the elements that make up the Site, in particular the texts, images, drawings, graphics, photographs, databases, sounds, videos and software, are the property of SYSTEMIS or of third parties who have authorized SYSTEMIS to use and reproduce them on the Site. Access to the Site does not give you any intellectual property rights over the Site and all the elements that make it up. Any reproduction, representation, use, distribution, publication, adaptation or modification, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Site and its works by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written permission of SYSTEMIS Informatique, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Code of Intellectual Property.

Trademark law
The trademarks “SYSTEMIS”, “SYSTEMIS Group”, the names of the products or services offered by SYSTEMIS, as well as the logos accompanying these trademarks on the Site are in principle registered trademarks or registered by SYSTEMIS or its subsidiaries, unless otherwise specified. Other brands can also be mentioned. They are normally identified by a capital letter.

They are used by SYSTEMIS either with the authorization of their owner, or as a simple indication of existing products or services. Any reproduction, imitation, use, total or partial of these trademarks or logos without the prior written permission of SYSTEMIS or their respective owners is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L. 713-2 and L. 713-3 of the Code of Intellectual Property.

SYSTEMIS assumes no responsibility or liability for the updating of forecasts due to new information or future events or otherwise. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
