Your responsibilities

• Actively contribute to our clients’ SOC/ CSIRT team,
• Define and implement the incident detection and response strategy (DFIR – forensic, incident response, malware analysis…) as well as the vulnerability monitoring strategy,
• Continuously reinforce the level of defense of our customers’ IS,
• Manage security incidents on a daily basis and conduct investigations and inquiries requested by the business or management (follow-up of investigation reports including recommendations),
• Implement the SOC checkpoints and use cases (cybersecurity strategy, risk mapping, project risk analysis, etc.),
• Implement incident detection and response tools (EDR, SIEM, security incident management, CTI…),
• Participate in SOC improvement and automation projects (tools, processes, coverage extension…),
• Contribute to the threat monitoring and analysis process,
• Contribute to the performance of the system (indicators, reports and improvement paths),
• Contribute to the cyber crisis management process.

Your profile

• With a BAC + 5 education, security certifications are a plus (CISSP, ISO, OCSP, GIAC, SANS),
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IS security in a SOC or CSIRT,
• You can demonstrate a strong technical expertise in particular regarding solutions such as: SIEM, incident management, rule development, IOC detection, threat analysis, malware analysis, forensics tools, attack tools. A good command of the main concepts of technical architecture, systems, networks, cloud, open source.
• You are fluent in English and you have good synthesis skills,
• You are autonomous with a strong ability to work in a transverse team.

Your responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and evaluate IT and cyber security risks in the context of Real Estate projects or for the estate (identified through the results of control plans, incidents, recommendations, …),
• Define and monitor remediation plans adapted to the specificities of the business and the information system, allowing to cover the identified risks,
• Support and advise projects and IT teams on the procedures to follow and the security solutions to deploy to control risks, thus contributing to the deployment of IT & cyber risk management rules and the defined reference framework,
• Analyze and investigate requests for waivers and risk acceptance, and contribute to the management of risk-bearing non-conformities,
• Contribute to the management of IT & cyber security risks related to third party suppliers and partners,
• Contribute to the awareness of employees on IT & cyber security risks in order to foster the development of a cyber culture.

• Participate in the different phases of RedTeam missions (Reconnaissance, scenario design, intrusion, lateral movements, etc.),
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the tools necessary for the RedTeam activity,
• Non-exhaustive list of desired activities,
• Focus Vulnerability: implementation of Proof Of Concept of vulnerability exploitation in the BPCE context,
• Capture The Flag: Achieving specific challenges,
• IS Discovery: Ongoing activity to discover assets unknown to the CIO,
• APT simulation: Simulate a persistent and stealthy attack over several months aiming at compromising the IS,
• Knowledge of the ECB Tiber-EU Framework is desirable,
• Notable experience in a Pentest and/or RedTeam is required (minimum 2 years).

• Definition of the architecture, construction (Build) and evolution of KMS / HSM solutions,
• Collaboration with the IT Risk and Management Group teams and transcribing risk and security requirements from an operational point of view,
• Evaluation and implementation of recurring management activities for these new services,
• Drafting of technical and operational procedures (e.g.: key ceremony, HSM installation, change of a defective HSM, etc.),
• Implementation of a monitoring solution to ensure 24/7 continuity of services provided,

• Implementation and monitoring of security measures resulting from risk analyses and regulatory directives on the application and infrastructure perimeters,
• Writing of security requirements, specifications and security guides,
• Participation in design workshops with the implementation teams (project teams, IT operator, etc.) on safety projects,
• Definition, support to the realization and to the releases and analysis of the results of the tests related to the security,
• Reporting to the security team leader,
• Participation in the creation and evolution of network and security infrastructures: zoning, flow principles, partitioning and filtering architecture (firewalls, WAF, probes, SDN, …), remote access (VPN gateways), access architectures (bounce / bastions, …), defense in depth, SDDC,
• Technical support / technical expertise in IS security with respect to the operation of the entrusted perimeter (diagnosis, root cause analysis, expression of need, technical framing for implementation).

• Expertise on the group’s electronic signature, time-stamping and archiving service (dematerialization of the subscription process for banking products offered by the business lines):
  • Maintain the operational condition of the platform for signing contracts and invoices,
  • Participation in the infrastructure migration project and external PKI eIDAS service provider,
  • Guarantee a level of security in accordance with the RGS and eIDAS standards,
  • Accompaniment, Advice and Support N3 of the trades on the implementation of WSDL of the IDEMIA solution.
• Administration of strong authentication service based on RSA SecurID token,
• Management and N3 support of multi-factor authentication solution (EMV/CAP card, smartCard, HID token),Administration and N3 support of CKMS infrastructure (HSM dedicated to KLM, KeyProtect, Cloud BYOK),
• Maintaining platforms in operational condition:
  • PKI, CMS, MPS, OCSP, AEP (Opentrust/IDNomic solution)
